At Ambassador, church is a family — we share life, faith, and community together. Every Sunday, our whole congregation gathers between services for coffee, conversation, and lunch. We'd love for you to join us and get to know you better.
Contact UsWe know meeting someone for the first time can be intimidating — we want to help welcome you on your first visit to Ambassador Canadian Reformed Church!
Contact UsWe meet at 116 3rd Ave S, Niverville, and we have plenty of parking around our building. When you walk through the main doors, we will welcome and greet you. Our ushers will be right there to hand you a bulletin and answer any questions you might have about the worship service.
If you would like help locating the nursery or the bathrooms, our ushers will gladly guide you. As for seating, please sit wherever you like! There are no saved seats at Ambassador.
Our worship services typically last for about 60–75 minutes. Feel free to linger after the service — we would love to meet you!
Our worship is both reverent and joyful. We take our worship seriously but come as you are and we will welcome you as a guest.
During a typical service, we:
No, they are completely unique worship services with different Bible readings and messages.
Our morning service (10:00 AM) focuses on preaching from books of the Bible, while our afternoon service (1:00 PM) is more teaching-focused, unpacking key Christian teachings using the historic summaries of faith like the Heidelberg Catechism.
Both services include singing, prayer, and a unique message. You are always welcome to join us for either service, or stay for both!
We love having families worship together! Children of all ages are welcome in our services. For infants and toddlers, we also offer a safe, fully-staffed nursery during both our 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM services.
Between services, we also host a children's story time at 11:40 AM. Kids of all ages are invited to gather at the front of the auditorium and listen to a story together.
Because Sunday is a special time of worship, many of our members choose to wear more traditional or formal clothing (like suits, jackets, or dresses).
However, our focus is on worshipping the Lord and welcoming all who come, not on what you wear. You will fit in either way.
After our morning service concludes, we chat over coffee, tea, and sometimes treats. Around noon, we set up tables and chairs to share lunch together as a congregation.
Visitors are always our guests. You do not need to bring anything, and we would love for you to stay and eat with us!
Would you or a family member like to attend church but don't have transportation? We can help. Whether you live nearby in Niverville or somewhere in the area, please don't let transportation prevent you from joining us in worship! We would love to have your company and fellowship.
Getting ready to join us for the first time? Let us know you're coming! We're happy to answer any other questions you have, and we'll be ready to welcome you in on Sunday.
